The top 100 highest-paid athletes in the world in 2022 include eight Latine players with roots in five Latin American countries – Argentina, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Venezuela.

The list was released earlier this week by Sportico.com, a digital news outlet that publishes news on the global sports industry.
