Twin Shadow was forced to postpone his North American tour due to a multi-vehicle car crash involving his tour bus. He’s had reconstructive surgery on his right hand as a result of the crash, and his drummer Andy is currently recovering from two spine surgeries. Still, Twin Shadow stopped by Late Night With Seth Meyers’ stage to perform a stripped down set.
Along with two guitarists, he played “I’m Ready” from his new album Eclipse and a cover of Sade’s “Ordinary Love” with model/actress Zoe Kravitz. Their rendition of the 90s classic came up soft and sensuous, and both of them looked pretty fly in their black jackets. Maybe they can have kids together and raise the most beautiful infants in the whole world. No? K.
Let’s hope Twin Shadow and his band are on the road again soon, as healthful and vigorous as ever.
