Bad Bunny seems to have caught the acting bug. According to Deadline, the Boricua artist has just joined Sony Pictures upcoming action thriller, Bullet Train.

The film is based on the popular Japanese book Maria Beetle by Kōtarō Isaka, and centers on a group of hitmen and assassins with conflicting motives on a train in Tokyo. Brad Pitt will play an American hitman named Ladybug.

Though details of the film haven’t been released, the casting has been completed and includes names like Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, Michael Shannon, Lady Gaga, Joey King, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Logan Lerman, Masi Oka and Andrew Koji.

Hobbs and Shaw director David Leitch has been tapped to direct and also supervise the script, which will be written by Zak Olkewicz. Filming began in Los Angeles in November, and it is unknown when it is expected to wrap.

The Latin Grammy Award-winning artist is making his acting debut in the upcoming comedy American Sole, which also stars Pete Davidson, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Camila Mendes and Offset. The film will follow two 20-somethings (Davidson and Jackson) with mountains of college debt who use the fast cash of sneaker reselling to achieve their American dream. But when their startup runs out of cash and a shady investor is their only way out, the dream quickly becomes a nightmare. There is no release date scheduled.

It was also previously announced that he would be making an appearance in the upcoming season of Netflix’ Narcos.
