Word of the Week: Party
		Latinos party. Hard to argue with that. Sure, I mean, everyone parties, but we’re really good at it – you could say we kind of have a reputation. Between drinking, dancing, and other things, we do it best. So here’s a list of a few of the many ways for Latinos to describe their parties, or otherwise (verb) their (nouns).
Party
1. noun:
- El cotorreo
 - Fiesta (Also: “fiestón,” and for even bigger parties, “fiestonón.”)
 - Fandango
 - Pachanga
 - Parranda
 - Pedota (Nice.)
 - Pori
 - Parisote
 
2. verb:
- Agarrar el pedo (Active!)
 - Agarrar cura (In case your party’s totally sick! GET IT?!)
 - Desmadrar
 - Enfiestar
 - Festejar (To celebrate.)
 - Guerrerear (For weekend warriors, I guess.)
 - Parrandear
 - Tirar desmadre
