After dropping her second música mexicana album, Becky G is back on tour. On Oct. 11, the Mexican-American pop star kicked off her “Casa Gomez: Otro Capítulo Tour” at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, IL, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect during this year’s highly-anticipated tour.

Fans can look forward to Becky G singing hits that span her musical trajectory. She sings tracks from her latest albums, ENCUENTROS (2024), ESQUINAS (2023), and ESQUEMAS (2022), as well as her smash hits and collaborations. She even added throwback songs like “Shower” and covers Selena Quintanilla to her setlist.

Becky starts her concert with a sensual, red-tinted, rock-tinged introduction to “Mala Santa.” She then goes straight to ESQUEMAS favorites like “FULANITO” (originally sung with El Alfa) and “TAJIN” (originally released with Guaynaa).” She also sings “Arranca” (originally featuring Omega) and “Cuando Te Besé” (originally sung with Paulo Londra). At her Chicago show, she also sang an unreleased song. Then, she switches things up to her current go-to genre of regional Mexican.

She kicks off her música mexicana stretch with “XLAS NUBES,” “CHANEL” (originally sung with Peso Pluma), “QUERIDO ABUELO,” “CRIES IN SPANISH,” and “POR EL CONTRARIO” (originally released with Ángela Aguilar and Leonardo Aguilar). She also performed songs like “DOLORES,” “BIEN CANIJO,” “2NDO CHANCE” (originally sung with Ivan Cornejo), and her latest single, “OTRO CAPÍTULO.”

After “OTRO CAPÍTULO,” she continues her Selena vibe with a cover of “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom.” Then she sings her fan-favorite hits like “Becky from the Block,” “BUEN DIA,” “BAILÉ CON MI EX,” “MAYORES” (originally sung with Bad Bunny), “SIN PIJAMA” (originally released with Natti Natasha), and “MAMIII” (originally sung with Karol G). Becky ends her setlist with her breakthrough single “Shower,” which she released a decade ago.

The tour’s stage layout features block figures with mirrors and stairs that allow the star to reach the top. The blocks also display multiple colors depending on the song. She is also accompanied by her live band and energetic dancers.

Social media users also captured the tour’s merch for online fans.
