Willy Chavarría x Adidas Debut LA-inspired Collection for All-Star Weekend

Adidas Originals and Willy Chavarría are debuting an All-Star Weekend capsule, featuring a Compton Cowboys collaboration. The collection is a full range of apparel and footwear launching exclusively in Los Angeles before releasing worldwide. The pre-global product launch will occur during community focused events on February 12 – February 15 at Shoe Palace in Los Angeles.
The latest drop is spearheaded by the Harden Vol. 10 shoe— a sporty basketball sneaker with a silver, embossed floral pattern. The performance shoe was debuted by James Harden during his first game with the Cavaliers.
The collaboration also includes an exclusive apparel line that “celebrates the beauty of the ordinary through connection and craft.” As featured on Chavarría’s Instagram account, standout apparel includes pinstripe two pieces, collared basketball jerseys and basketball shorts, worn subversively on cowboys and cowgirls. The images also reference the collaboration with LA’s Compton Cowboys, a community of black horseman riders dedicated to youth mentorship, community, and the tradition of black cowboys.
In addition to the shared Vol. 10 sneaker, an Adidas Original— the Adidas Superstar shoe is also featured in the collection. The monochromatic black sneaker includes a silver metal toe-shell with a floral and paisley motif. The shoe features the Compton Cowboys logo imprinted on the lateral heel, and “Willy” alongside the iconic Adidas stripes.
The adidas Originals x Willy Chavarría All-Star Weekend collection will be available globally on the CONFIRMED App and adidas.com on February 13.
