‘One Piece’ Season 2 Coming to Select Theaters — Here’s How to Get Tickets

One Piece: Into the Grand Line premieres on Netflix on March 10. But that’s not the only place you’ll be able to watch it. The first two episodes of Season 2 will be available on the big screen for special fan screenings timed to the global premiere of the show.
Where? One Piece: Into the Grand Line will be available in more than 200 theaters in the US, Canada, and Japan. Showings in the US and Canada will begin at 6 p.m. local time. Theaters hosting these fan events in the US include AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Alamo, and Cineplex, with additional theaters in Canada and Japan also joining in for the celebration. Tickets will go on sale Thursday, Feb. 26, at 11 a.m. ET.
In Season 2, “Luffy (Iñaki Godoy), Zoro (Mackenyu), Nami (Emily Rudd), Usopp (Jacob Romero), and Sanji (Taz Skylar) travel to the Grand Line, a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. There, they’ll visit bizarre islands, recruit more allies, and battle formidable new foes as they search for the world’s greatest treasure,” the logline reads.
Season 2 of the live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s beloved manga series stars Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Emily Rudd, Jacob Romero, Taz Skylar, and Charithra Chandran. The series has already been renewed for Season 3.
Netflix previously brought Stranger Things to theaters on New Year’s. The series finale made more than $25 million at the box office.
