After performing with Bad Bunny in Colombia, Karol G is making her debut at Coachella 2026 as a headliner next month. The Colombian superstar will become the first Latina to headline the prestigious three-day festival, alongside Justin Bieber and Sabrina Carpenter. The annual festival will take place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA. With an estimated over 100,000 attendees per day in mind, what will Karol sing in front of her upcoming global audience?

We first got a taste of a Karol G Coachella performance in 2022. In that stint, she paid tribute to greats that came before her, like Selena Quintanilla, Ricky Martin, and Celia Cruz, as she’s known to give odes to her role models. Take her Quintanilla-inspired Tejano track “Mi Ex Tenía Razón” as an example. But what if this time, she does things differently and focuses on her own musical catalog to show her international spectators who she really is?

With this in mind, we can imagine Karol singing both popular and deep-cut songs that are fan favorites. That’s another thing about the Colombian star—she loves to please her fans. We can see her singing collaborations like “TQG” featuring Shakira, “Tá OK” featuring DENNIS and Kevin O Chris, and “Coleccionando Heridas” with Marco Antonio Solís to highlight her range across genres. We’ll go so far as to manifest Solís appearing on stage alongside La Bichota to show how multi-generational her songs can be. Plus, he wouldn’t want to see El Buki in the desert?

More hit songs that we’d love to see on Karol’s setlist include her throwback hits like “Pineapple” and chingona anthem “Bichota,” as well as her more recent releases like “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido,” “Ivonny Bonita,” and “OKI DOKI.” We even vouch for “+57” to champion her home country’s emerging talent, regardless of its controversial past. A cherry on top? A live rendition of “Labios Mordidos” with Kali Uchis as another potential surprise guest.

Coachella festival-goers can catch Karol G perform live on April 12 and 19. You can also watch from home via Coachella’s YouTube channels.
