State of The Art is Remezcla’s weekly guide to Latin art openings in your city each week. Mingle with art admirers, collectors and casual passersby to check out these new works. And don’t forget to grab a free glass of wine…or three.

Vibrations in Color – Tonalli Studio

Los Angeles births many an artist but it’s not just the museum-famous ones that make great work. This is a great city to meet plenty of local artists with talent and you never quite know what styles you’ll encounter. On Sunday, July 14 you can meet a few Los Angeles artist that might just become your new favorites during a meet and greet hosted by Tonalli Studio. Ofelia Esparza, Robert Quijada and more will happily chill with you – and your drink – from 5 to 7 p.m. as you explore the current show entitled “Vibrations in Color.” The works all share a palette exploding with color, whether through a watercolor or tribal pattern.
