Peru Art Show

Four successful Peruvian artists Jose Luis Cattanza, Toto Fernandez Ampuero, Flavia Melendez and Jairo Robinson will be having a group exhibition that is part of LICArts Open Studios– Queens’ largest art festival that that begins May 14th through the 18th. You can access their festival guide here. The reception is Wednesday, May 14th at 8pm, and there will be Peruvian food, drinks, music and dance!

Shie Moreno: Sights, Sounds, and Spirits

Saturday May 17th, a reception for artist Shie Moreno’s exhibit Sights, Sounds and Spirits will take place from 7 to 10pm at No Romance Galleries in Tribeca. His fantastic paintings will be shown along with sculpture and music that aim to reflect his Afro-Cuban ancestry and his particular expression of his artistic journey.
