Celebrity Tributes Pour In for Jesus Guerrero, the Hairstylist Who Passed Away at 34

Emotional tributes and memories of the late celebrity hairstylist Jesus Guerrero are pouring in as clients and friends mourn the loss of the 34 year old Houston native.
Guerrero was a staple hairstylist in the entertainment industry, working with several clients including, Kylie Jenner, Kali Uchis, Jennifer Lopez and Lisa of BlackPink, among several others in the industry.
Across Instagram, celebrities that worked closely with Guerrero shared their personal statements in honor of the Mexican American hairstylist.
Via Instagram stories, Camila Cabello, who frequently worked with Guerrero, shared a picture of the stylist and wrote that he was “a true artist, but most of all a gentle and sweet energy gone too soon.”
Jessica Alba also posted photos with Guerrero on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Jesus—you were the purest, biggest heart and soul shined so bright—will cherish memories forever. Still can’t believe this.” Kali Uchis, who was last featured on Guerrero’s Instagram page for her Grammy’s look, also shared photos of the hairstylist, writing, “I love you Jesus.” Rosalía shared a candid photo of Guerrero, writing “you don’t know how much I’ll miss you” in Spanish.
The beauty community is also in mourning, sharing heartfelt messages of friendship and connection with the talented stylist.
“Family is not always assigned at birth… sometimes they are chosen and you were my chosen family,” shares celebrity makeup artist, Ariel Tejada.
Celebrity stylist and OUAI founder, Jen Atkin also shared her connection with Guerrero, which included a personal drive to mentor and support the fellow stylist. “I believed in him so much. I loved this kid. I knew what his future would be,” says Atkins in an Instagram caption with Guerrero and the glam squad, along with a screenshot of a conversation with Guerrero.
Kylie Jenner, Guerrero’s most frequented client, also shared her deep connection with Guerrero, which extended beyond a professional connection. “Jesus was more than a friend- he was a light in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support.”
Jenner also pledged to cover his funeral expenses, as announced by Jesus Guerrero’s family on his GofundMe page.
