Madrid Airport was full of stranded passengers this weekend as 20,000 fliers were screwed over by SpanAir’s sudden collapse. The comapany declared bankruptcy and grounded its entire fleet on Friday. SpanAir was Spain’s 4th largest airline, so now I guess travelers will have to book tickets with the three bigger, better ones from now on. Sorry?
