Cheech Marin continues to light a fire on the cannabis movement. The OG weed enthusiast is launching “Muncheecho,”, a nationwide ‘stoner food’ brand of meals cooked for and delivered to marijuana lovers.

Muncheechos will be rolled out of ghost kitchens all over the nation. While Cheech is one-half of the iconic ‘Cheech and Chong’ duo, he is also one-half of Muncheechos. The brand is part Cheech and part award-winning chef Zach Neil. Together the two have cooked up a menu with the marijuana market in mind. Zach is best known for being a self-made American entrepreneur, chef, and best-selling author.

As for the actual menu, well, they are about as eclectic as most weed menus are today. Items like ‘Up in Smoke’ which consists of cherry wood and hemp smoked

Brisket tacos with a chili pepper wine demi-glaze and garlic-lime crema. Or how ‘bout the ‘Still Smoke’n?’ This is a smokey brisket cheesesteak with sautéed peppers, onions, three-cheese sauce, and a honey garlic toasted roll.

Other menu items include ‘Roll One,’ a buffalo chicken and blue cheese egg roll with smoked cheddar and southwest ranch and ‘Muncheechos Munchachos’.  They will also offer CBD-infused edibles and a selection of vegan options.

The delivery-only ‘Muncheechos’ is taking advantage of the rise in delivery demand since the pandemic, the popularity of cannabis, and the growth of ghost kitchens across the nation. Leave it to Cheech to roll up a winner and support his fellow cannabis connoisseurs.

In 2022, cannabis is now legal in 18 states for adult recreational use, while 36 allow it for medical use. The industry as a whole is estimated to bring in $100 billion dollars according to Forbes. That is a far cry from the 70’s when Cheech was one of the poster boys for the then illegal drug.

Muncheechos is launching in New York and Los Angeles first before venturing into other cities across America. To keep up to date on Cheech Marin and Zach Neil’s venture and when it’s coming to your city, check them out on Instagram at @Muncheetos .
