Whenever something goes viral in a gymnastics routine, it’s almost surely from the floor routine. The apparatus allows gymnasts to show off a bit of flair, as they perform a mix of acrobatic feats and dance moves. So far we’ve seen homages to Beyoncé and one that incorporated the Quan, Dab, and the Whip/Nae Nae. And now we have one set to “Un Poco Loco” from Pixar’s Día de Muertos movie, Coco.
At the Super Stars of Gymnastics event in London on March 23, 2019, Mexican gymnast Ana Lago wore a charro leotard and delivered one of the night’s most fun performances. Lago timed her dance moves to the song, and at the end she threw a sombrero into the crowd.
