Yesterday, thousands took the streets in Mexico once again for Dia de Acción Global por Ayotzinapa — a national strike that saw people fill the streets to demand justice for the 43 students kidnapped in Iguala last September, and to urge EPN’s resignation. Our contributor Andrew Vargas was there to capture photos which we’ll be publishing shortly, but our social media feeds were also filled with images and messages capturing the revolutionary spirit and deep discontent gripping Mexico after eight years of an incredibly violent drug war.
