Exactly a week after Sean “Diddy” Combs made headlines for his chill demeanor at the Met Gala, he’s facing sexual harassment accusations. His former chef, Cindy Rueda, alleges that Diddy had her serve him and his guests post coital meals. According to TMZ, the law suit reports that Rueda was “regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to prepare and serve entrees and appetizers to him and his guests while Mr. Combs and/or his guests were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.” She also recalls at least one time when a naked Diddy asked her if she liked what she was seeing.

Rueda – who began as a part-time chef in January 2015 before receiving a promotion eight months later – complained about the alleged inappropriate behavior to Stacy Friend, the estate director for Diddy’s estate, People reports. But instead of improving working conditions for Rueda, she claims that one of her co-workers framed her to make it appear as though she had stolen one of Diddy’s watches. This led to Diddy firing her a year ago. She was asked to waive her right to sue Diddy so she could avoid prosecution, but she refused to do so. Now she’s suing him on several grounds, including wrongful termination, violation of whistleblower protection, and sexual harassment.

Diddy’s rep has come out to deny the accusations. “This is frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause,” the rep told TMZ.
