Fashion’s Night Out is ready to take over NYC on September 6, along with dozens of cities around world to celebrate FASHION (and free booze and swag bags.) With hundreds of events happening all over the city, we decided to make it a little easier for y’all to head to the best parties to get your groove on and check out some of the hottest Latino designers coming up in the fashion world.

Saks 5th Avenue – 611 5th Avenue- 6:00- 10:00 pm

If you want your Fashion’s Night Out to be a classy night, bust out your Thursday’s best and head to Sak’s 5th Avenue , where the always dashing fashion icon Oscar De La Renta will be in the building to personally launch his new fragrance, Essential Luxuries. If you’re looking to check out some rad new Latin shoe designers, the ladies behind Freda Salvador (inspired by Frida Kahlo) will be showing their collections, along with rising Colombian designer Edgardo Osorio.

Loehmann’s – 101 7th Avenue- 6:30 – 11:00 pm

Style expert and stylist to the stars Felix Mercado will be hosting the 2nd Annual Loehmann’s Fashion Show at Loehmann’s. Mercado most recently decked out Nicki Minaj (which means he knows his stuff or he’s just a little crazy). You can check out all of the Fall ’12 and Spring ’13 looks while sneaking a buzz from Little Black Dress wines. You can also stick around to meet and mingle with Brazilian-American actress Jordana Brewster, from the Fast and the Furious movies, ‘cause you know, she’s hot and why not?

Victoria’s Secret- 591-593 Broadway 7:00-10:00 pm

Okay, ladies, if you’re hitting up Fashion’s Night Out with your boyfriends, you might need to contain his excitement for this one. The gorgeous Victoria’s Secret Angel, Alessandra Ambrosio will be at the SoHo location, where you can talk lingerie and take a photo with her (if you dare.) VS make up artists will also be doing lip and eye makeovers all night, so you can freshen up here before heading to your next FNO spot.

Artists and Fleas- Chelsea Market- 75 Ninth Avenue – 7:00-11:00pm

If you want to find some hot new indie designers, Chelsea Market will be the spot to go. Artists & Fleas, the weekly market from Williamsburg, will showcase 30 designers who are debuting their collections for Fall/Winter 2012 on Fashion’s Night Out. Among those are Nina Valenti, of the eco-friendly naturevsfuture, and Vania Alves, the Brazilian designer behind the funky brand, Lavai Maria. Best of all, DJ Turmix, Boogaloo extraordinaire, will be spinning Latin funk and soul, jazz, and disco beats all night long!

Cela New York -Launch Party- 73 Gansevoort Street- 7:00-10:00pm

Check out the Fashion’s Night Out launch party for Cela New York, the brand designed by Spanish-American designer Kelly Mayo. You can preview her vintage inspired collection while one of New York’s premier hip hops DJs, DJ Spynfo plays all of your favorite tunes to get you in the right mood. Cela also partnered with New York Organ Donor Network to donate 10% profits from her bag sales to the organization. You can even win bags and jewelry from a raffle if you register to become a donor. Who knew you could shop as much as you want for a good cause?

Resurrection- Katy Rodriguez- 217 Mott Street -6:00-9:00pm

Katy Rodriguez is behind Resurrection, one of the premier shops for vintage and collectible clothes based in L.A. and New York. In other words, she’s super hip and stylish and you should probably be at her store on Fashion’s Night Out to check out her amazing pickings of vintage jewelry and clothes (almost as cool as Abuela’s.) You can browse the racks while sipping on some free dranks and get special prices on the one-of-a-kind pieces.

The Hoodie Shop- 181 Orchard Street- Alexander Campaz 6-11pm

Sounds like The Hoodie Shop will be where the party’s at with a “mysterious” celebrity DJ playing all night. The main event will be the unveiling of the Alexander Campaz exclusive collaboration, the Colombian designer making waves from Brooklyn. Along with lots of hoodies, there will be games, prizes, drinks, food, free booze and lots of steeze. What more could you want in a night?

Assembly New York- 170 Ludlow Street- 7:00-10:00pm

For the true fashionistas out there, boutique Assembly in Lower East Side will serve Fashion’s Night Out’s most artistic and, probably, most obscure brands for the super sartorial eye. You can browse the new collections and peep some Latin designers breaking into the scene like Karlota Laspalas, Raquel Allegra, Artisan Tesoro, and Silva/Bradshaw. For the lushes, yes, there will be free drinks, food, and music!
