Self-proclaimed ‘Internenita” Mellany Sanchez’s style is classic and fresh-all at the same time.

Who: Native Brooklyn Nuyorican Mellany Sanchez is only 22 years old, but she’s been killing it on the high-fashion streetwear scene for years. She’s been working at some of the best sneaker/apparel shops in the city since she was 15 years old, and quickly worked her way up the ladder to Creative Director at KITH NYC, a footwear boutique and sportswear label. Did we mention she does all this while being a senior at NYU and graduating this month?
Why You Should Follow Her: I followed Mellany’s Insta as soon as I saw photos of her personal style: her palette is clean, fresh, and athletic – but still feminine. She’s given a whole new meaning to tomboy looks by pairing sneakers with high-end brands, but still takes loads of inspiration from vintage sportswear ads- Calvin Klein is a stand-out. Mellany personifies NYC style and she’s really making me re-think my love for prints this summer.
