Fans of late Mexican singer and songwriter Juan Gabriel now have the chance to rent his mansion while vacationing in Acapulco.

The nearly 21,000-square-foot mansion known as “La Consentida,” which was designed by architect Chacho Rojas, is currently listed on Airbnb for $620 per night (three-night minimum). It includes a swimming pool, terraces, and garden and is only four minutes away from the beach.

According to TV Azteca’s news show Ventaneando, Gabriel purchased the home in 2003 and later gave it to his son Joan Aguilera. Apparently, the home was abandoned for several years but was recently remodeled with the help of Aguilera’s mother-in-law Malaica Valiente.

The number of guests allowed to stay in “La Consentida” is 16, but the listing also says that “no parties” are allowed, which is a bit confusing since one would think 16 people having fun under one roof would technically count as a party.

There are other amenities renters can take advantage of for an extra cost. This includes an additional three-bedroom apartment located in the lower part of the house. There is also a yacht for rent, so guests can take a tour around the bay.

Late last month, new music by Juan Gabriel was released through Virgin Music U.S. Latin, the label Gabriel’s estate signed with earlier this year. His vocals were joined with Banda El Recodo and La India for a new single, “Ya,” which will be the lead track on his upcoming album Los Dúo 3.

“Ya” just might be the perfect song to play while staying at “La Consentida” with 16 friends – singing, dancing, drinking, and eating. Just remember, no partying.
