While most politicians are known for kissing babies, Marco Rubio may go down as the one presidential candidate who pops children in the face with a football. Rubio was in Ankeny, Iowa, on Monday when he took some time to throw a ball. He accidentally hit a little boy in the face. He can be heard saying “oh no,” but it’s too late Rubio, you just made that little boy an Internet meme. Yeah, we know it’s not Rubio’s fault.
