Hearts were swooning earlier this week when Mireddys, the wife of rapper Daddy Yankee, posted a photo on Instagram of her and her “King of Reggaetón” when they were youngsters in love.

The photo shows Mireddys sitting on Daddy Yankee’s lap and smiling at him as he holds up an old-school microphone looking like he’s ready to flow. “There is nothing to think about,” Mireddys wrote on the Instagram post. “Thank you God for the wonderful man you gave me.”

Included with the photo was a recording of the song “Si Me Dieras a Elegir” by singer and songwriter Franco De Vita. The photo of young Mireddys and Daddy Yankee has reached over 600,000 views on Instagram. One of those views was from singer Natti Natasha who commented: “You look so cute. May God continue to bless you.”

Other fellow artists also chimed in to wish Mireddys continued success in their relationship. This included singer Evelyn Herrera and Ednita Nazario.

Daddy Yankee met Mireddys when they were kids and reportedly got married at the age of 17, meaning they’ve been together and in love for almost 30 years. Their first daughter was born soon after. The couple had another daughter and a son together over the years.

This year, Daddy Yankee was inducted into the Billboard Hall of Fame at the 2021 Billboard Latin Music Awards. He also teamed up with J Balvin and Sech for a remix of Sech’s track “Sal y Perrea.” In September, Daddy Yankee announced that he had become the co-owner of the Cangrejeros de Santurce baseball team, a pro ball club in the Liga de Béisbol Profesional Roberto Clemente (LBPRC) in Puerto Rico.
