In a video posted to social media on Tuesday (August 30), singer Natti Natasha revealed that she finally got to see her fiancé, music producer Raphy Pina, in prison. Natasha said she and her daughter Vida met with him recently.
In May, Pina turned himself in to authorities to begin his 41-month sentence after being found guilty on two charges of illegally possessing firearms. From her swimming pool, Natasha detailed her experience seeing Pina for the first time in three months.
“You have to celebrate with me all the beautiful things that are happening at the moment, because beautiful things must also be celebrated, you must enjoy them in everything,” Natasha said in the video. “Yesterday finally, for the first time, Vida and I were able to see the cutest daddy on planet earth.”
Natasha said during the meeting, that Pina was able to see Vida walk for the first time in person. “It was one of the most exciting moments of my life, the most beautiful,” she said. “A perfect moment, I don’t know how to explain it to you. I want you to celebrate with me and send the best vibes from here. It’s the first time and I really missed seeing him.”
Natasha also asked fans to “continue celebrating the positive things and the blessings…we really need it.”
In an interview after her fiancé’s incarceration, Natti Natasha said the experience was a “nightmare” and added that Pina is “100 percent” innocent. “For that reason, it is horrible,” she said. “It’s time to focus on the positive and work. We have many blessings, we have Vida, our family, the empire we have built.”
