Jennifer Lopez was the host at last night’s American Music Awards, and during the opening musical act, she performed a medley of this year’s top songs. Among them was Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda,” aka a song that samples Sir Mix-A-Lot’s “Baby Got Back,” or the song that the rapper says was inspired by JLo’s booty after he saw her In Living Color. When she started dancing to “Anaconda,” the camera panned to Minaj, who seemed to destroy her with just one look.

After the little snippet was shared by everyone, with everyone proclaiming Minaj a JLo hater, Minaj wrote a tweet to defend herself. Turns out, Minaj was just looking at herself on the screen/not really paying attention to JLo.
Earlier this year, JLo sat in the crowd at the Billboard Music Awards while Mariah Carey performed when she was caught in a similar position. But there’s been rumors of beef between the two in the past.
