President-elect Obama declares New Mexico governor Bill Richardson the ’key strategist on all the issues we work on.’ The former Energy Secretary and U.N. envoy is the first Latino named to the new Cabinet.
We can’t help but wonder if Richardson will be the only Latino politician selected to rep team Obama, or if there are more to come.
Whatever the case, it was cool to hear Richardson’s acceptance speech in both English and Spanish.
