Selena Gomez posted some exciting moments on social media from her big birthday bash this weekend. Gomez officially turned 31 on July 22, 2023.

In the photos she posted for her 427 million Instagram followers to enjoy, Gomez is seen celebrating with some of her fellow celebrities, including Karol G, and Christina Aguilera. The Only Murders in the Building star wore a red leather mini dress with red floral appliqués.

In one of her photos, Gomez is posing on a wooden staircase and showing off her gorgeous outfit. In another, she is hanging out with friends like Paris Hilton and Benny Blanco. There are also other photos of Gomez blowing out the candles on her white frosted cake decorated with edible, red roses and one where Gomez and Karol G are wearing sunglasses while dancing.

Speaking of Karol G, the “S91” singer posted her own photos of herself and Gomez sharing some moments together at the birthday party.

In lieu of birthday gifts, Gomez asked her fans to donate to the Rare Impact Fund, which Gomez founded as part of her commitment to addressing mental health issues. The organization has pledged to raise $100 million over the next 10 years to expand access to mental health services and education for young people across the globe.

“This is my true passion in life,” Gomez wrote. “People keep asking me what I want for my birthday, and I tell everyone the same thing. Please do not get me anything but if you want to do something for my birthday, please donate to the Rare Impact Fund. If you have the means, consider donating to help us make a difference.”

Gomez also celebrated her birthday with a Barbie-themed party with close family and friends and rented out an entire theater to see the blockbuster movie.

We’ll just assume our invitation got lost in our junk mail folder.
