I normally wouldn’t announce that I am a 28 year-old woman who still uses the Nickelodeon alarm clock she’s had since 3rd grade. But it helps explain why I was embarrassingly hype to learn today that Nickelodeon is debuting a line of themed hotels in Latin America.

Revista Mercado reports that Latin America’s first Nickelodeon hotel will launch in Punta Cana in 2016, with a subsequent hotel opening in Mexico shortly afterward. The project is a partnership between Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Viacom, and its hotels will have attractions featuring classic Nickelodeon characters like Spongebob Squarepants, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc.

No word yet on whether the Mexican Nickelodeon hotel will just be a resort-sized recreation of the Legends of the Hidden Temple set, but the idea is too big to fail, just saying.

Here’s hoping that the Bob Esponja pool becomes the new set for all the dembow videos, tipo:

p.s. this is my alarm clock, hi haters.
