NYC: We Didn't Even Get to Say Goodbye. 5 Pointz Was Painted Overnight
If you ride the 7 train on your daily commute, don’t look down. Last night while we were sleeping soundly, the owners of 5 Pointz, guarded by NYPD, took to painting over the graffiti mecca that’s been fighting for it’s life for over a year. We’ve been following the struggle over the fate of the building for some time now, and were optimistic that something could be worked out. Looking at these photos hurt.
