Miss Mexico has won Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand!
After Fátima Bosch won, Victoria Kjær Theilvig crowned the new Miss Universe. Theilvig won the crown for Denmark in 2024 in Mexico. And per tradition, she personally handed the crown of Miss Universe to this years winner.
This is Mexico’s fourth Miss Universe crown win.
The win comes after making it through the top 30, top 12, and top 5 out of 120 delegates. The top 5 were Thailand, Philippines, Venezuela, Mexico, and Côte d’Ivoire. And the top 12 were Thailand, China, Phillipines, Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Guadalupe, Côte d’Ivoire, and Malta.
After landing in the Top 5, the contestants had to answer questions from judges, ranging from how they’d use their platform to what are the challenges that women face in 2025. That led to the top 3 being chosen, which included: Miss Venezuela, Miss Thailand, and Miss Mexico.
