Multi-hyphenate performer and Academy Award Winner, Ariana DeBose, knows all about being glammed up. “When I first stepped out onto the scene in the midst of a massive awards campaign, I looked at my glam as my armor,” says DeBose in an interview with Remezcla, adding “I wasn’t necessarily paying as much attention to the products I was using. All of the travel from studios to stages and award ceremonies was taking a toll on DeBose’s eyes, which are sensitive and prone to irritation. For DeBose, her anxiety manifests across her skin, “I become red and blotchy, or itchy, so I don’t want the products that I use to take off my makeup to add to that.”
