Remezcla began in 2006 as a grassroots movement of young creatives looking to push Latin culture and content forward. Today, we debut a brand new site that reflects the mission that drives us: to innovate and elevate how people experience everything Latin culture has to offer. For the last year, our design, development and editorial teams have been working around the clock to make a more beautiful, user-friendly, and current page — one that, like us, is multicountry, multilingual, multicolored, and multipurpose; both a resource and a platform, both roots and future.
From our new logo to new editorial sections to new tools for content discovery, we have a lot of exciting features to share with you. And our year-long labor of love is just the beginning. The site you see today will continue to get improved and refined over the weeks and months to come.
In the meantime, check out some of Remezcla’s new features below, and get ready to spend some time digging into all the stuff we have to offer. Most importantly, we want your feedback, so write us and let us know how we’re doing!
Design that is fresh, clean and authentic. Our crisp new look makes each piece of content a pleasure to look at.
Food, Sports and Film are getting their own sections — and editors — where we’ll be delivering more in-depth, multimedia content on the subjects you care about. Find out about the best and most authentic Latin eats in NYC, what you should be watching in indie Latin American film, and the behind-the-scenes sports stories that ignite cities and nations.
Our improved navigation and search features mean it’s easier than ever to get around our site, and to find the content that matters to you.
Ain’t nobody got time to wait for stuff to load. And now you won’t have to.
We Work on Your Phone
We know that most of the time, you’re looking for info when you’re on the go. Our site is now just as beautiful and easy to use on your phones and tablets as it is on your desktop.
Sharing is Caring
Let’s be honest. If it wasn’t for social media you probably wouldn’t find out about anything. That’s why we’ve made it easier for you to share the good stuff with your friends, and see what other people are reading.
