Move over April O’Neil, the TMNT are about to have their pizza fetish replaced by Brazil’s finest.
Alessandra Ambrosio, one of the most recognizable of the Victoria’s Secret Angels, is set to make her “acting” debut on the silver screen in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, giving Megan Fox’s April O’Neil a run for her money. We use the term acting loosely, though, since the soon to be 34-year-old mom of two will be playing herself. (And the love interest of Will Arnett’s Vernon Fenwick). It’ll be the first time she has actual lines, having done only cameos (Casino Royale, Gossip Girl) so far.
Michael Bay is producing… again. *cue explosions* We can only hope Director Dave Green (Earth to Echo) will work some magic back into these 90s icons and make the film watchable. Some may deem such a feat impossible, but we remain… hopeful.
