Did Marissa & Ramses from ‘Love is Blind’ Season 7 Get Married?

Love is Blind Season 7’s wedding episodes are here, and two couples walked down the aisle and said “I do” during the show’s final episode. But Marissa and Ramses were not one of them. Instead, the couple, who seemed one of the strongest coming out of the pods, broke up right before heading down the aisle, with Ramses telling Marissa that he couldn’t go through with the wedding and indicating that “love alone isn’t enough” and Marissa seeming very affected by their breakup.
Though we won’t know the answer to the question if they are still together post-episode 12 until the Love is Blind reunion airs on October 30, the answer to the question seems to be no. After all, the conversation when they broke up consisted of the type of comments a relationship doesn’t really come back from, including Ramses telling Marissa that their “energy coexisting in the same space” wasn’t something he could see long-term. After talking to his support system, Ramses realized three weeks wasn’t enough to be sure of this lifetime commitment – even though the timeline of the show was clear to him from the start.
For Marissa, the entire thing comes out of left field as the two had picked a wedding song together only two days before, with Ramses getting emotional alongside her about the thought of getting married. After their breakup, a very upset Marissa calls her mom and tells her the wedding is off, and though we don’t get too much of her mom’s reaction she’d previously threatened to hurt Ramses if he hurt her daughter, so Ramses is likely not getting any understanding there.
Before their final conversation, the couple had even gotten over the hurdle of Ramses being concerned about their physical intimacy and the fact that he didn’t want to use condoms because it wasn’t “enjoyable” but also didn’t want a baby anytime soon. However, that was apparently just the first red flag, and heading down the aisle together just wasn’t in the cards for these two.
