Based on her Twitter handle @evilhag, it looks like actress Aubrey Plaza might’ve found the perfect way to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to Deadline, Plaza, who is currently starring in the second season of The White Lotus on HBO, has joined the cast of Agatha: Coven of Chaos, a WandaVision spinoff series for Disney+.

There are no details on the character Plaza is playing, but it is believed that she will be a villain opposite actress Kathryn Hahn’s title character Agatha Harkness. Plaza and Hanh have worked together before on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation.

In WandaVision, Agatha is a witch from Salem who also serves as a meddlesome neighbor named “Agnes” in the fictional WandaVision sitcom. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly earlier this year, Hahn said Agatha: Coven of Chaos was “exactly what I would have hoped and dreamt.”

If Plaza plays a villain on the spinoff series as imagined, we’re hoping, of course, that her role is that of an evil witch. Plaza has dressed up like a witch several times in the past. For Halloween this year, she dressed like a witch when she made a stop on The View and – when asked about her costume – said, “this is just my true self.” Last year, she showed up cackling on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert dressed as the main character in her new children’s book, The Legend of the Christmas Witch.

This past summer, Aubrey Plaza was cast in Megalopolis, the first movie that Academy Award-winning filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola (The Godfather) has directed in 11 years.

There is no premiere date for Agatha: Coven of Chaos yet, but it’s expected to debut on Disney+ sometime next year.
