The second season of HBO Latino’s A Tiny Audience is set to premiere on March 19, and the line-up is just as incredible as the first season.

The second season will feature Cabas, Pedro Capó, Greeicy, Kany Garcia, Lauren Jauregui, Natalia Jimenez, Los Amigos Invisibles, Lunay, Gian Marco, Mau y Ricky, MDO, Ivy Queen, Justin Quiles, Carlos Rivera, Paulina Rubio, Manuel Turizo, and Carlos Vives. Interviews will be hosted by Sarah Packiam, Maria Elisa Ayerbe, and Daniel René.

One of the episodes will be a special tribute dedicated to Juan Gabriel, remembered as the “Divo de Juárez.” The special episode will feature an exclusive interview with his son, Hans Gabriel. Justin Quiles, Natalia Jiménez, Carlos Rivera, and Cabas will also be featured in the episode performing their favorite Juan Gabriel songs.

For the artists, the show was a rare chance to connect with a live audience during the global pandemic that has shut down concerts and productions across the globe. The chance to talk to their fans, during these difficult times showed through their excitement in the series.

“Latin music needed this showcase,” executive producer and series creator Maurice Keizer tells Remezcla. “It was unbelievable to see the artists connect with the ‘tiny’ audience in the studio and then with the HBO and DirecTV Latam audience all over the Americas. Season 1 was amazing because the audience sits so close to them, which is both inspiring and intimidating. Season 2 was even more special. All of the artists had not been in front of a real, Covid-free audience for months and they could not wait to go out and connect. There were actual tears and some truly awesome emotional moments.”

The series is produced by February Entertainment and it is sponsored by Americares Charity, Espolòn Tequila, Shure, and Bentley Motors. New episodes of the series will premiere every Friday on HBO Max, HBO Latino and DirecTV.
