The first trailer for the fourth installment of the Jackass movie franchise is out, and it looks like the crew is just as crazy as they were when they first started their original reality TV series 21 years ago on MTV.

Returning for Jackass Forever are most original cast members, including Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Preston Lacy, and Jason Acuña, AKA Wee Man. Acuña, who is also a skateboarder, is half Mexican. He starred in the original TV show when he was 27 years old and returned for the three prior movies – Jackass: The MovieJackass Number Two, and Jackass 3D.

During his work on the Jackass series, he has participated in his share of risky stunts, including getting slammed into a lake while tied to a bungee cord and going head-to-head with a bull. Based on the first trailer for Jackass Forever, it doesn’t look like Acuña, who is now 48 years old, is letting anything get in the way of joining in the fun.

In the preview, Acuña is seen laughing at many of the stunts performed by his friends and fellow castmates. But he is seen getting blasted out of an armchair in one scene in what looks like a painful version of musical chairs. In another scene, Knoxville asks Acuña to feel his heartbeat, presumably after he does something dangerous. “Wow!” Acuña says, reacting to Knoxville’s rapid pulse.

Something tells us everyone on that cast, including Acuña, will experience some high blood pressure during the new movie.

Jackass Forever hits theaters on October 22, 2021.
