At the 71st Miss Universe pageant, contestants from 84 countries and territories will compete for the coveted crown this year.

The pageant is being held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center on Saturday (January 14) in New Orleans, Louisiana. It will be hosted by former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo and Jeannie Mai Jenkins (The Real).

Where can you tune in to watch the Miss Universe 2023 pageant? First, the event will be available to stream for free on the Roku Channel. Remember that a Roku device is not needed to access the Roku Channel. Access it from any Samsung smart TV or download the free Roku mobile app. It is also accessible online from a web browser. Register for a Roku account here.

Telemundo is broadcasting the competition if you want to watch the pageant in Spanish. Telemundo will be at the pageant to cover. Some of the network’s talent hosting on-site will be Jacky Bracamontes, Cristián de la Fuente, Alix Aspe, Carlos Adyan, and Andrea Meza, the winner of the 69th Miss Universe pageant.

“Miss Universe, for many Latino countries, is very important,” de la Fuente told Remezcla this week. “It’s seen here [in New Orleans] with so many fans and people supporting these [Latina] delegates. So, it’s beautiful to be able to have our own telecast in our language through Telemundo.”

Last year’s Miss Universe, Harnaaz Sandhu (India), will crown her successor, which could be one of the many contestants representing Latin and South American countries this year. They are Barbara Cabrera (Argentina); Ashley Lightburn (Belize); Maria Camila Sanabria Pereyra (Bolivia); Mia Mamede (Brazil); Sofia Despassier (Chile); María Fernanda Aristizábal (Colombia); Maria Fernanda Rodriguez Ávila (Costa Rica); Andreína Martínez (Dominican Republic); Nayelhi González (Ecuador); Alejandra Guajardo Sada (El Salvador); Ivana Batchelor (Guatemala); Rebeca Rodriguez (Honduras); Irma Cristina Miranda Valenzuela (Mexico); Norma Huembes (Nicaragua); Solaris Barba (Panama); Lia Aymara Durate Ashmore (Paraguay); Alessia Rovegno (Peru); Ashley Cariño (Puerto Rico); and Carla Romero (Uruguay).
