The first trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight debuted Monday night, and fans seem ready to “embrace the chaos” alongside Marvel’s newest superhero played by Oscar Isaac.

News of Isaac’s title role was first reported last October and, now, the series is ready for Marvel fans who have already blasted through all the other Disney+ series like 2021’s WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Loki.

The trailer, which uses rapper Kid Cudi’s 2008 song “Day ’n’ Nite,” begins with Isaac in human form as Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift shop employee, who suffers from blackouts and flashes of another life; that of Marc Spector. “I have a sleeping disorder,” Isaac’s Steven says in a British accent. “I can’t tell the difference between my waking life and dreams.”

Fans had plenty to say online about the accent that Isaac uses throughout the trailer. Since the actor will be portraying different characters because of his character’s mental condition, some people noted that the British accent would only be heard for a specific persona.

While some loved the accent, others weren’t too keen on it.

Still, most of the online feedback was positive for the new series. Everyone seems genuinely excited to see Isaac as the character, which first appeared in the comic book Werewolf by Night #32 in 1975.

Then, of course, we can’t forget Isaac will be the first Latine superhero to lead a live-action Marvel series or film.

March can’t come soon enough. Moon Knight debuts on Disney+ March 30.
