TRAILER: The Second ‘Spectre’ Trailer Has More Explosions, Villain Reveal + Día de Muertos

Lead Photo: Bond (Daniel Craig) runs along the rooftops in pursuit of Sciarra in Mexico City in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures/Columbia Pictures/EON Productions’ action adventure SPECTRE.

Last month, we reported that the team behind Spectre shut down D.F.’s Centro Histórico for nearly a week in order to film a Day of the Dead festival scene (which cost something to the tune of 8 figures, according to some estimates). The scene will clock less than 1o minutes of screen time, but it seems to have made the second trailer, which dropped Tuesday.

As with any other James Bond movie, there’s ominous music, dry quips (Bond claims he was in Mexico taking some “overdue holiday” as we watch him blow a building up), and beautiful women. (Hey Stephanie Sigman  we see you in that mask). The rest of the trailer unveils Christoph Waltz’s villainous character, Franz Oberhauser, as well as more of Dave Bautista as his main goon.
