If you missed Oscar Isaac’s first training video last month showing him getting into physical shape for his upcoming title role in the Disney+ series Moon Knight, the Guatemalan-Cuban-American actor is back for round 2.

In his new training montage, Isaac, 42, is seen performing more fighting choreography with a pair of stuntmen inside a huge exercise studio. He throws punches into the ribcage of one of his opponents and backhands him across the face. There’s also an uppercut and kick demonstrated, followed by Isaac using a fake knife to shank his adversary and then plunge it into his chest.

After pretending to lick his victim’s blood off the knife, Isaac proceeds to grapple with the stuntmen on the floormat. He puts one of them in a choke hold and then has a second knife fight with another. Then, Isaac is shown working on his boxing moves with a trainer and shows off a few more difficult techniques where he does a spin kick, an aerial takedown and disarms someone of their plastic gun.

Don’t mess with Isaac. Now that he’s joined Marvel as the superhero Moon Knight, he has to polish his fighting abilities since he is based on a comic book character who is a former Marine and mercenary.

It’s said that Moon Knight developed his superpowers after unearthing a statue of the Egyptian lunar god Konshu. We’re not sure if Isaac found his own mystical relic to help him out with some of the impressive skills he delivers in his second training video, but we’re going to steer clear of his left hook for now.
