We know today’s International Beer Day – and no, we don’t plan on shutting up about it – but maybe cerveza’s not your thing. Our friends at Bacardi are coming through for you with this month’s cocktail: The Hand Shaken Piña Colada.

Bacardi Hand Shaken Piña colada

2 parts Bacardi Superior

5 pieces of pineapple cubes

1 part simple syrup

2 parts coconut water

Method: Muddle the pineapple cubes with the coconut water. Shake vigorously with rest of ingredients with plenty ice.  Strain into a highball with fresh ice, garnish with pineapple leaves.

* Use Goya coconut water with pulp.
