Don’t fill up on chocolate bars and gummy bears on Halloween this year. If you’re really hungry, leave room for a burrito at Chipotle.

On October 31, the Mexican grill will bring back Boorito, its annual tradition where customers can get an entrée for only $6.00 if they come into the restaurant dressed in a Halloween costume. This is the first time since 2019 that Chipotle will hold the holiday promotion in person.

“Boorito is all about having fun with your friends and enjoying real food in our restaurants,” Chris Brandt, Chief Marketing Officer at Chipotle, said in a press release. “After two years of celebrating virtually, we’re leveling up the in-person experience with fun activations on social that will help bring fans together on Halloween.”

In a video produced by Chipotle, customers are seen inside the restaurant dressed up as an assortment of characters, including a robot, unicorn, giant squid and what looks to be an eight-legged donkey. Or burro. Or Burr-ito?

Along with dressing up in your Halloween best, visitors will need to register for Chipotle Rewards by visiting chipotle.com/rewards. Once you’re at the restaurant, members can redeem the offer by opening the chipotle app, tapping “scan” and scanning their Chipotle Rewards member ID at the register.

Remember, the Boorito offer is only available on Halloween, October 31, 2022, from 3 p.m. local time to whenever the restaurant closes. So, before you go trick-or-treating, swing by Chipotle dressed like a dinosaur or a princess or a dinosaur princess and grab a late lunch or early dinner. We know you’re already covered for dessert later.
