Just in time for the summer, genius Sylvia Yoo (formerly of NYC’s Jean Goerges and wd~50) has invented what is undoubtedly the most delicious dessert sandwich ever conceived. Here’s what we know about it:
- You can get them at pop-up dessert spot “Churro Borough.”
- They come in Vanilla, Horchata, Mexican Hot Chocolate, and Spanish Latte flavors (plus seasonal specials).
- Time Magazine has apparently figured out the caloric value of one of these, but why would you ever want to know that, rude.
- Somewhere right now, the inventor of the Cronut is weeping softly in a corner and plotting his revenge.
