We love restaurant week because for a few meals, we can pretend to be to be culinary masters or judges on Top Chef without breaking the bank and knowing what amuse bouche really means. DineLA kicked off January 20th and runs till January 31st all over Los Angeles, Santa Monica and neighboring hoods with well over 150 restaurants participating. So we took it upon ourselves to drool over prix-fixe menus and choose the best of the best, just for you. You can scope out the extensive list HERE.

They just started a wine pairing night that the locals are loving, but for this week, enjoy their DineLA dinner menu for $25. There’s camarones al ajillo and your choice of empanadas. Sip on Gaucho’s signature sangria until your rack of lamb is served with porcentino stuffed with cheese and truffle oil on a vodka tomato sauce. Drool. FULL MENU HERE.

Priding itself on its innovative take on Latin cuisine, Rivera will be offering both lunch and dinner specials during DineLA. Lunch with have house-made tortillas with indian butter and glen de elote, described as corn custard with black quinoa and squash blossom sauce. Acclaimed Chef-owner Richard Sandoval marries Latin and Asian cuisine at Zengo. Paired with the bright, contemporary setting, the DineLA menu has Thai chicken empanadas served with chile poblano, oaxaca cheese and mango curry sauce.
