The specialized dishes will begin with smoked swordfish dip and ham croquetas, followed by herb roasted organic turkey, chorizo cornbread stuffing, caramelized sweet potatoes. Rosa Mexicano will be providing a bountiful Thanksgiving feast with a Mexicano twist. The menu is almost entirely hand crafted for this night, including the Yucatan Turkey Soup, Achiote-roasted turkey with plantain gravy and smoke cranberry salsa to the Pumpkin creme brulee with horchata whipped cream. It doesn’t even end there!
