My Best Me Journal by Offline Humans

If you’ve ever abandoned your year-long journal half-way through the year, this quarterly planner is for you. Created in response to needing an ADHD-friendly structure, Natalie Alzate designed My Best Me Journal for her brand Offline Humans as a daily tool aimed at creating structure while combatting overwhelm. In it, you’ll find 11 undated sections including year, month and week at-a-glance sections, a daily agenda with time blocks, daily habit trackers, self-care reflection pages and more.
(Author’s note: I’ve tried dozens of planners as a stationery lover, but this one’s the first I can confidently say I repurchased because of the way it helped me keep track of big ideas while remaining productive on the day to day.)
A restock is expected before the new year, but it’s also available as a digital planner for tablet users. Available at www.offlinehumans.com ($19.99).
