Both Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the cast of Netflix’s Queer Eye are beloved, so when they decided to join forces, it literally made people’s jaws drop. On Thursday, Bobby Berk, Tan France, Antoni Porowski, and Jonathan Van Ness – Karamo Brown came to Capitol Hill to promote the Equality Act, a bill “to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation” among other protections.
