La Isla: Desafío Extremo premiered July 30th on Telemundo, with 24 celebrities, personalities, and adventurers participating in a reality TV show that sees them share the day-to-day, as the title says it, on a deserted island and split into teams that compete against each other as each team looks to be the one to come out on top and vote each other out for good.
