Cardi B and Nicki Minaj’s feud escalated to new heights earlier this week after Minaj took aim at the Bronx-born rapper on-air during her Queen radio show on Apple Music. In a series of lengthy Instagram videos, Belicalis Almanzar refuted many of Nicki’s statements, including claims that she stole fashion deals and high-profile features from her peer.
Amid all the drama, the videos have spawned a series of hilarious memes using a clip from one of Cardi’s rebuttals. “How convenient…” Cardi said sardonically in one of the clips. “How convenient is fucking that?”
Since Monday, Twitter users have been taking the meme and applying it to both everyday situations and political problems, from getting your period before a hookup to Trump’s views on birthright citizenship.
