The road to Super Bowl LX begins this weekend, with two games on Saturday, January 10, three games on Sunday, January 11, and one game on Monday, January 12. Fourteen teams, seven in each conference, will play in the NFL playoffs, with the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos earning a first-round bye due to being the best teams in their respective conferences.

But which Latino players have a chance of making it to the Super Bowl? And how does the list differ from last year? This year, there are twelve Latinos in playoff teams, four fewer than last year. It’s not a big number considering rosters are made up of 53 players, but the number of Latinos in the league has continued to increase yearly—and that has been reflected in our communities’ interest in the NFL.

The 2025 season gave us our first NFL game played in South America, in São Paulo, Brazil. Mexico had previously hosted NFL games. Bad Bunny is also headlining the NFL Halftime Show this year. So there’s a lot for our communities to be excited about, on and off the field.

Plus, there’s representation in the coaching staff and front office positions, too. Pittsburgh Steelers General Manager Omar Khan has Honduran heritage, while Mike Sullivan, the Steelers’ Offensive Assistant, has Mexican heritage. Then there’s Dave Canales, the Carolina Panthers’ Head Coach, who has Mexican heritage.

We’re nowhere near where we want to be when it comes to representation in the NFL, but as a community, we have come far, and there’s a clear focus from the league in making a place for our communities.

So, before the NFL playoffs start, here are all the Latino players you can root for during the NFL playoffs, what team they play for, and what position they play.
