Alejandro Fernández to Pay Tribute to His Father on ‘De Rey a Rey Tour’

Alejandro Fernández is paying tribute to his late father, Vicente Fernández, in a huge way. On Oct. 22, the emblematic Mexican singer announced his upcoming “De Rey a Rey Tour,” a tour dedicated to his dad, which will kick off at the WAMU Theater at Lumen Field in Seattle, WA, on May 10, 2025, and wrap up at the Viejas Arena in San Diego, CA, on Sept. 21, 2025. He also announced his upcoming single, a cover of his father’s “No Me Sé Rajar,” out on Oct. 24.
“I was born with two blessings,” Alejandro said in a press statement. “First, being born Mexican, and second, being born a Fernández. This tribute is not about me; it’s about Mexico, it’s about Vicente Fernández, in my voice and in all of our voices as we sing together the songs that have become a part of our common heritage.”
After starting his tour in Seattle, the iconic música mexicana singer will take his tour to Portland, OR (May 11, 2025); San Jose, CA (May 17, 2025); Anaheim, CA (May 18, 2025); Highland, CA (May 21, 2025); and Salt Lake City, UT (May 23, 2025). He will then continue to Denver, CO (May 24, 2025); Houston, TX (May 30, 2025); San Antonio, TX (May 31, 2025); Austin, TX (June 1, 2025); and Chicago, IL (June 6, 2025).
The following tour dates include Toronto, ON (June 8, 2025); Reading, PA (June 13, 2025); Brooklyn, NY (June 14, 2025); Fairfax, VA (June 15, 2025); and Atlanta, GA (June 19, 2025).

The atter half of the De Rey a Rey Tour” starts with Miami, FL (June 21, 2025); Estero, FL (June 22, 2025); Hidalgo, TX (Sept. 5, 2025); Fort Worth, TX (Sept. 6, 2025); and El Paso, TX (Sept. 7, 2025). He will also perform in Phoenix, TX (Sept. 12, 2025); Las Vegas, NV (Sept. 13, 2025 and Sept. 15, 2025); Sacramento, CA (Sept. 19, 2025); Los Angeles, CA (Sept. 20, 2025); and San Diego, CA (Sept. 21, 2025).
The tour is set to be a tribute to the Fernández legacy – from celebrating family to Vicente’s classic music. Although he passed away in 2021, Chente is immortalized with his iconic hits like “Acá Entre Nos,” “Hermoso Cariño,” and “El Rey.”
Moreover, Alejandro will release a cover of his father’s track “No Me Sé Rajar,” produced by Edén Muñoz. The new song will be out on Oct. 24, but fans can pre-save it now.
